My people know me as Bri. I’m a Jersey girl who loves the shore just as much as I do an authentic Philly cheesesteak. I guess I begged for a culture shock because I moved to the South about 7 years ago and haven’t left. I am a graduate of the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) with a B.S. and Vanderbilt University (still, Roll Tide!) with an M.T.S. I’m not sure why I’ve chosen to be landlocked because putting me on the beach revives me like a fish returned to its waters. However, Nashville looks good on me! My partner and I love enjoying the outdoors, spending quality time with friends and family, and adding to our travel log.
By utilizing interdisciplinary approaches I have partnered with community members, organizations and their leaders to propel social innovation with a human-centered toolkit. I chose Elevate to continue living out my passion because of the team’s commitment to equitable change by addressing systems and amplifying the lived experiences of Nashville citizens.
